CGTI has a few opportunities for talented, driven professionals to join the management team of a high-growth company that has become the trusted advisor to many of the world’s leading greentech CEOs and policy advisors. Building upon the success of The China Greentech Report, the ‘primer’ of the industry and the CGTI Partner Program, this is a rare opportunity to lead the world’s biggest industry in the world's largest market.   • Director, Advisory Services – Strategic Research (Beijing or Shanghai). Successful candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of experience selling, managing and delivering strategy consulting or strategic research projects to clients, with an emphasis on industry and market analysis. Responsibilities include assisting in sales process, scoping project approaches, leading research delivery, managing research team, and presenting results to clients.

  • Director, Advisory Services – Partner Matchmaking (Beijing or Shanghai). Successful candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in investment banking or strategy consulting, including M&A and cross-border transactions focused on China. Responsibilities include designing offering, developing alliances with investment banks and financial advisors, delivering projects and managing analysts leveraging CGTI’s knowledgebase and network to facilitate transactions.

  • Product Manager, Partner Program (Beijing). Successful candidates will have a minimum of 7 years experience in product management, other marketing, or strategy consulting roles, with strong marketing, project management and client interaction skills. Responsibilities include integrating all aspects of the CGTI Partner Program through coordination with other functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, research, partner services and finance.

  • Director, Business Development (Beijing). Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in driving the revenue of a high-growth company, selling service-based solutions to CEOs of world-class enterprises. Responsibilities include evolving the sales model, doubling revenue year over year and leading a team of 6-10 business development professionals. Candidate will possess an intense desire to develop trusted relationships with CEOs. Direct experience with selling annual member programs or advisory services is a plus.

  • Principals, Business Development, Senior and Junior positions (Beijing and Shanghai). Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 or 5 years respectively of experience selling service-based solutions to CEOs of world-class enterprises. Responsibilities include helping senior executives grow greentech businesses, new client acquisition, account management and revenue growth. Candidates will possess an intense desire to develop trusted relationships with leading CEOs. Experience with selling annual member programs or strategic advisory services is a plus.

  • Manager, Marketing (Beijing). Responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy across brand development, messaging, promotion and lead generation. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5-7 years experience and a strong desire to build a world-class brand, high market awareness, and positioning that earns the trust and respect of senior business and government leaders. Knows how to manage marketing vendors. Bilingual Mandarin and English skills are required.

  • Sales and Marketing Assistant (Shanghai). The successful candidate will be capable of meeting arrangements, sales support at meetings and events, customer data management, phone prospecting and executive assistance. Successful candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be attentive to detail, be organized and self-managed and have a desire to serve clients. Native Mandarin and advanced English skills are required, as well as proficiency in online tools and Microsoft Office.
